[[Murasaki]]

These files are provided for examples of Murasaki output.
Beware, as they can be quite huge (and up to 4 times larger when decompressed). Also you may have to fix up the .seqs file to match your files availability (and if they're not available, download them from [[ensembl>http://www.ensembl.org]] or [[UCSC Genome Browser>http://genome.ucsc.edu]].
Beware, as they can be quite huge (and roughly 4 times larger when decompressed). For the mammalian alignments, you can download the accompanying .stitch files and unpack them to the "mammals" to make sense of the alignment coordinates and/or view them in GMV.

For the fly alignments, you may have to fix up the .seqs file to match your files availability (and if they're not available, download them from [[ensembl>http://www.ensembl.org]] or [[UCSC Genome Browser>http://genome.ucsc.edu]].
